Roxanna Urban
Secretary

Roxanna is a wife and a mother to two girls. Her husband grew up in a military family, travelling the world, defending our freedom. Her parents are both Cuban-Americans who were forced to leave Cuba during the Communist Castro Revolution. During that time, her grandparents were political prisoners in Cuba for 7 years, due to their fight for freedom. Roxanna was born and raised in Miami, FL and recently, moved to Northern Virginia, just 30 minutes outside of Washington, DC. She studied Elementary Education and went on to work in Real Estate Finance for 10 years. She has owned her own business and has also worked for companies as large as Wells Fargo. She later managed her father’s Surgical Practice in Miami and continues to handle their marketing and PR, remotely. It was then that she saw, first-hand, the crisis that our healthcare system is in, and how it can be reformed. Roxanna is currently an Inside Sales Manager at a leading technology company as well as a volunteer CCD teacher at her church. Having been raised in Catholic Schools, she is very concerned with the “removal of God” from our country and the misdirection that our Public Schools have taken.

Lisa Mei Norton

Lisa is married with a son and two stepdaughters. She is a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant who served for 20 years as an airborne communications specialist. Upon retiring in 2000, she was hired as a defense contractor and continues to serve her country as a Sr. Systems Engineer in the aerospace/defense industry. Lisa’s song writing took a back seat to her career until last year when Sarah Palin exploded onto the political stage. Lisa dusted off an old song she wrote entitled, “Thank God You’re a Woman,” and created a video tribute to the former Alaskan Governor. Since then, she and her good friend and co-writer, who goes by the handle “BigDawg”, have written several conservative/patriotic songs. She will be releasing her debut CD in the near future. She has performed at several conservative events to include the Free Republic National Convention on 11-13 Sep 2009, the National Organization for Conservative Women’s Inaugural Luncheon on 15 Dec 2009, and the National Tea Party Convention on 4-6 Feb 2010. She will be featured in SPIN Magazine’s April 2010 edition in a piece highlighting music of the Tea Party movement. Lisa plans to continue writing songs that reflect how she feels about what is happening in this country and will be performing her songs at several upcoming events in 2010. She hopes her music will inspire others to use their talents to help fight to keep America free.
